Fantastic first experience with Baggysitter! They delivered my luggage from Milan to Florence without a glitch. Piero my baggage handler could not have been nicer and made me feel very confident my luggage was in good hands. The company was incredibly responsive - they WhatsApp'd me a response on a Sunday. No gimmicks incredibly professional. I cannot say enough. 100% recommend.
Excellent service. Very reliable. Took good care of my bags. I had a difficult move with ten suitcases and ski equipment. The street to my Airbnb was blocked to cars, a pedestrian zone only, in the middle of tourist season. The delivery people still made it happen. They had to park far away and walk heavy suitcases and Skis through crowds. (I tipped extra as they certainly deserved it!). The fees are quite reasonable anyway, and this was difficult.
Communication was excellent. I was kept updated at all times. Booking process easy. Very reasonable price.
